COO Transitions
Curtis Eun has put in countless hours since the inception of FOL in 2012 as our COO, all without compensation.
He needed to resign from the position for personal reasons.
The FOL board has appointed Kathleen Eun as the new COO.
New Social Media Coordinator
We have recently made an update to the social media coordinator position. Marci Corea, who has worked with us for the last 4 years or so, had to step down from her position due to other pressing responsibilities she is juggling.
We are very sad to let her go, but she was able to find a competent and energetic replacement for us. Nyasha Taruvinga took over this role just a few months ago.
Since joining the team, Nyasha has been very busy developing new ideas and working on a new social justice page for our website. She introduces herself in this newsletter.
